Anyone knows why Eugenia II (PHASE 3B) 3 storey link not selling as well as previously launched link houses?

any can advise or hv opinion on why the 3 storeys link houses are not sold out? Phase 3B

From developer, Left around 8 units Semi-D and 1 or 2 units of 3 storey terrace. Dont ask me for details, i not seller or developer. Just reporting.

Cant really consider high end with the crazy prices in the landed FREEHOLD market these days near city.

Pros:
1) Freehold
2) not too far from city
3) southern corridor (some say better than north, i dunno.)
4) reasonable Maintenance Fee

Cons:
1) Small enclave. No more new phases to drive up the market price.
2) Too quiet. Not many corner coffee shops.
3) Road system in Cyberjaya not really completed
4) No MRT yet

sejati residence only using TIME fibre?

not confirmed but heard VP for Phase 3B (last remaining phase) next week.

From 788K after discount. As of yesterday, about 40% taken up. i am not an agent. Just was at the showroom yesterday.

on a different note, was told sejati residence only have City Broadband. Is this true? Cuz i just ask a TIME vendor if they can install and they said possible. Just weighing my options... IF someone has City BB at sejati now, please advise stability of connections.
