Do more research on cyberjaya. I was one of the most skeptical of cyberjaya not too long ago. After doing more research, I am confident cyberjaya could prosper.

I will go for symphony Hills semi D instead of Sejati residence - nicer landscape, more resort feeling and lesser density in semi D area compares to SR just personal opinion only.

Inflation > Rm1.0mil for a super link absolutely sap sap water nowadays...KLANG VALLEY just got too many rich fellow with cash underbeath their pillow

Any update about the show unit?

Latest tally - Superlink all sold out. Semi D 55% sold. Bungalow 25% sold. Show house ready and open for viewing.

There are some show unit's interior photos but it was taken secretly for personal reference on the design, we are not supposed to take photos when viewing the show unit so not going to share those photos...

i personally think that the clubhouse is kind of cramped. Yes it has some Mah Sing DNA in it...lol
however, there's a certain good vibe coming out once you drive into the development.

out of everything I see in Cyberjaya, the stretch from Nadayu99, SH, through SR, with modern Tamarind Sq niche commercial..this stretch can outbeat the other parts of premium housing in cyberjaya.
I still think what makes the whole thing fly off is the community though...

How come Sejati Residences link villa sales is so good?

Sejati Bungalow now has a higher rebate since the SOHO unit is no longer offered as part of package.

The current package now for sejati residences, i was told 5% rebate for superlink & semi d, 10 % rebate for  bungalow, DIBS still applicable , Free Legal fees + stamp duty on SPA,DMC & loan agreement. Correct me if am wrong???

last weekend, went over to cyberjaya again, and noticed, mostly are corporate offices, and great to see more malls are coming up!!! guess it is developing fast..

i also came to know the first chinese school will be built not too far from Sejati site. Got to know about this, tru the newsrroom @ sejati website, when i was checking on their floor plans ......Great !! meanss more amenities . The developer of sejati contributed some funds towards the first chinese sch at cjaya.!
