@RobertH actually the SOHO unit that comes with the package is a good investment property, it is nicely located in Glenmarie, and the best part is KDU UC is included in the master plan. Unfortunately today is the last day that the package is being offered, if you want to buy an Astonia unit I hope you had already taken their offer for the SOHO package.
As for whether it is worth the price, I would say it is pretty competitively priced for a Cyberjaya luxury landed.

2. Education (Currently 2 Universities and 1 UC, 2 more upcoming institutions, Chinese school in Cyberjaya by 2016)
3. Mostly freehold residential except Selangor Science Park 2 area
4. Smooth traffic

@xyyap Sejati SL 1st phase only 26 units available, coupled with Paramount's reputation as a developer, I guess that's the reason why it got sold out so quickly.
