My relative decided to back out from signing S&P on EcoGlades Grasilis SDee. They go fpr Sejati Semi D instead as the built up area is larger..

5 pct discount. Semi D after discount is approx RM2mil. Have 3 units of super link still available as some buyers cannot get loan. Price is approx RM1.4m after discount. Signing of SNP by end of this month.

Show houses will be ready in June. Early bird discount still available.

Introduce a Buyer Programme for Purchaser of Sejati. The incentive is RM5k for link, RM10k for SemiD and RM15k for Bungalow. Stocks are finally moving.

I heard it will be ready by this week.

Last month i checked, two units available .For corner number 20: land area is 4370sqf ;24x80 ; build up 3838 sqf ; price RM1,727,600 and for intermediate number 17 : land area 2368sft ; build up 3805sqf; price: RM1,454,900.

most of the budget goes to the fengshui master, the food spread and quality is dissapointing ..

Sales chart 22/2. Amelia type 1 selling well, only left one unit due to loan issue. Super Linked sold out. The rest i would say lukewarm. Phase 2 (all semi D) going to be launched in April 14 (subject to plan approval).

Bungalow less popular because with that kind of pricing , I don't want my home to face the main road.

Latest sales chart of Phase 1 and expected completion is May 2015. Heard that phase 2 will consists of 20 units Semi D and probably to be launched in Sept 2014.

Sorry no idea but with the new CEO on board, he might want to review the product strategy for Sejati.

Noticed a large man made lake suddenly appear at the south on Sejati. If anyone knows what project is that please share thanks.

This is taken in late aug when we flew over the area. Do you know about the new man made lake?
It was not there fews months ago.

Phase 2 launched a few units of Semi -D that comes with imported kitchen. Slightly smaller build-up compared to Phase 1 but price psf has increased.
