what you meant by SOHO unit is no longer offered ??

Previously buyers for bungalow can opt for SOHO unit as part of package instead of rebate.

At present pricing is still day 1 pricing.
About rebate I don't have the permission to publish it online
If you are interested do consult with your SA about latest updates for pricing and rebates.
As for number of people who took the SOHO package I do not have official statistics so I cannot comment on that.

The current package now for sejati residences, i was told 5% rebate for superlink & semi d, 10 % rebate for bungalow, DIBS still applicable , Free Legal fees + stamp duty on SPA,DMC & loan agreement. Correct me if am wrong???

last weekend, went over to cyberjaya again, and noticed, mostly are corporate offices, and great to see more malls are coming up!!! guess it is developing fast..

i also came to know the first chinese school will be built not too far from Sejati site. Got to know about this, tru the newsrroom @ sejati website, when i was checking on their floor plans ......Great !! meanss more amenities . The developer of sejati contributed some funds towards the first chinese sch at cjaya.!

Club house, landscape n pricing not as attractive as SH and SEG..... if go for BU, garden residence semi D at Rm1.2mil compares to 3 storey LV?

Last month i checked, two units available .For corner number 20: land area is 4370sqf ;24x80 ; build up 3838 sqf ; price RM1,727,600 and for intermediate number 17 : land area 2368sft ; build up 3805sqf; price: RM1,454,900.

Build up too big for Malaysian small family.

Not really, I prefer it to be big, in fact I still feel that it is small although my family is small after all siblings moved out.
