That's the difference between SR and SH, SH give a resort type of feeling but too open space less privacy, not everyone can accept it...LOL.

I had exactly the same feeling on the swimming pool...you might get to see @ss facing at you while you entering from the guard house...

i personally think that the clubhouse is kind of cramped. Yes it has some Mah Sing DNA in it...lol
however, there's a certain good vibe coming out once you drive into the development.

out of everything I see in Cyberjaya, the stretch from Nadayu99, SH, through SR, with modern Tamarind Sq niche commercial..this stretch can outbeat the other parts of premium housing in cyberjaya.
I still think what makes the whole thing fly off is the community though...

any ang mo in SR customer day that u seen so far?

Nope, didn't see any, its not officially open to public yesterday unless invited. Maybe later more promotion will attract them.

Visited the Semi-D showroom, not bad, quite elegant...

Now launching is only phase 1, still have even superlink for future launches

Clubhouse a bit simple but elegant

If Super links all sold out, that meant ppl can accept RM 1.3-14mil of large BU.
Just need a bit of time to clear SH. CR and SEG. A matter of time only.
By the time of VP, Rm 1.5mil for LV is possible and semi-D is RM easily 2.0mil+.
All landed HER in cyber is doing well with good delivery of product.

SR is better in landscape over MS which linear park is dividing rows of houses to give more spacious backyard ... not fence to fence type icon_rolleyes.gif

Linear park - currently completed for ppl to see?

Ya, the club house looks a bit small especially the swimming pool and overlooking the entrance, to me that positioning is strange

The development especially around the semi-d show house was not bad though

Well, you pay low, you lesser facilities. But no doubt the pool facing directly to the entrance looks weird, perhaps they should at least cover it with trees...
