usually at the same location, mean living dining and kitchen are in a same space usually for condo, if u do plaster ceiling for 1 part and other part not do, there will hv some problem like your existing slap are normally not straight, so when u compare plaster ceiling and slap, u will feel the slap become very bad un-even.I am a newer owner to PV8, Melati Utama, My unit is type C 1800 sqft. planing to do renovation next month.
