No idea what to do with my unit. I want have plaster ceiling for the living room and no plaster ceiling for the kitchen. But I don't know whether it is OK from a designer's perspective.
Or does anyone have a design for PV8 Type C ?

It all depends on the workmanship from the developer. If the existing plastered surface of the slab soffit for the kitchen is reasonably flat, you may be able to get away with skim coating. Which is slightly cheaper than plaster ceiling.
