People nowadays are just not man enough to take a beating. Maybe I'm old, so I take things less seriously. Afterall, this is just a game.

I started playing SF4 after being out from fighting games for nearly 12 years (SF3 being the last fighting game that I played). I suck badly in the begining. I once lost 90% of my matches to the same person using the same character in 5-6 hours straight. We ended up playing almost 120 matches in total. I knew I was a sandbag, but I was learning the game mechanics and trying to carve out a win in the process. I got owned, but I still had fun.

I don't mind being owned badly, cuz I know I will still enjoying playing the game, as long as you don't talk trash or taunt me during the game.

I dropped my combo quite a lot of times actually, just that you didn't notice. My execution is not really that good la. In fact, I whiff very often, especially when executing 1-frame links combo.

Wish I could join. Too bad I'll have to pass this one up due to a conference call at 1pm.

Haven't played much for the past couple of months, but anyway, count me in - "PlanetKanasai"

Great fun guys. I was surprised and lucky to win the first tournament. Couldn't even go past the first round for the rest of the tournaments. Haha.

Thinking of getting and LED/LCD TV for viewing in my room as well as a secondary PC monitor when playing SSF4. Any suggestion as to which particular brand/model has the fastest response time on the panel where the 1-frame link wouldn't be affected even with the input lag?

My budget is less than RM2K and I had my eyes on Panasonic's L42E30K but not sure if it has good response time or not. Didn't get any answer on this posting in the Panasonic thread in the Home Entertainment forum.

For those that are using LED/LCD TV, which brand/model are you guys using?
