he either
punch, punch, punch
then i block, block, block

then he grabs me.

if i try to punch back, his punch goes through and i eat his tornado punch combo.
how to counter ar?

ur PP is high enough . Very very hard to beat u. But at least fighting u i learn to be a bit more patient. there was 1 match that i accidently taunted instead of using ultra.
