QUOTE(JinXXX @ Sep 12 2011, 11:08 PM) anybody using the everlas "Multipurpose Ladder " ??? http://www.everlas.com/1multipurpose.phphow good it seem... feel like buying it cause of the "trestle" function.. sometimes some spaces are so "oddly sized", a normal ladder can't seem to do the job I got this, the 12ft when extend. RM 350.00 Think is old price @ Ara Damansara Hardware shop. DB @ SS2 selling around 400++.

Beside Everlast, there's still other reliable brands in the market just that most shops didn't carry.

I intend to get a ladder for painting purposes. The problem is my staircase wall is around 18 feet high. Which type of ladder and its height is suitable? I prefer the 16 feet multipurpose ladder from Everlast but I worry its height can't reach the max height of the wall. Any idea? Btw, where can I get Everlast ladder. Most shops don't carry it.

You don't need to get that high of a ladder. Get an aluminium pole which can extend. Either screw a roller on it or strap the brush on it.
