Hello everyone! First time hammy user reporting in !
He is my first hamster I have ever owned in my life, his name is Loki



He is a syrian hamster but when I got him in the pet shop he looks so huge! (fat) lol
Seriously I have never seen a hamster as big/ fat as him lol.

I bought a tank for him to be in and right now as I am in the US it is much easier for me to get better brand of food , treats or bedding for Loki.
This is the 2nd day he is with me and he is still terrified when I try to touch him , i guess it takes time. He doesnt bite tho, so I guess its a good thing that he will be easy to tame.

Right now he just keep eating and sleeping in his igloo home and only come out for a while at night.
We bought a rolling wheel for him but sometimes my bf take it out because it is too noisy I feel so bad for Loki when he just stare at me with those sad eyes.

My bf have experience in having a hamster which is why I am not that nervous as a first time owner hehe. Hopefully I can give Loki a wonderful home and family to be in
