problem with it is that it's not 1/18 but more like 1/19. The model itself is really good. I think the Mondo Motors 8C is better.

chan: yea. RM130 is not bad. Planning to get it? Lol.

wkwebsite: bro, it'll be an endless list man. You didn't even include the Otto Venturi 400, Maxicar Lotec Sirius, Detomaso Pantera, HW MC-12, Jada ZR-1, Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead, Mercedes Actros Truck and just endless amount of models. Lol.

But I really want the SP1 and Holden 60...too bad I missed my chance to grab either when it was available. Now it's super expensive and rare.

I've seen the yellow Camaro RS as well in Empire TRU. Still waiting for the R8 GT. Nowhere seem to stock it at the moment.

actually, I think minichamps model are really good. The only downside is that their grilles are usually plastic and not mesh like on AA's or Kyosho.

But they're really heavy, solid and details are pretty good as well.

for silver...maybe "slightly" overpriced but then...the CMC SLR is a real collectors item and very hard to come by.

You can sometimes find other colours like grey or blue for much less.

but i personally prefer black. haha.

Yea. The black looks awesome but to me, the SLR is one of my all time favourite cars and I don't mind it in any colour actually. The graphite blue is quite nice as well.

I've also seen one which is almost like Ferrari Tour DeFrance blue. Not too bad as well.

For FF...I'll just wait for HW Elite. Lol. But SA Aperta and 458 w/challenge rims...that one different story.

No DE version for AA Mclaren. If you're talking about the Signature series...then it's a great model...altho a little bit fragile.

haha. my bad. Usually DE is referred to as dealer edition. Lol. but yea, one of the few autoart that I feel that is actually worth the price.

lkwanz: saw those as well...but was wondering...is that the "new" r35? Wheels don't look like new.

actually...looking at it again...is there any difference with the "old" R35?

blu: welcome bro!

eric: Merc...just find Sky. He's boss around here when it comes to Merc. Lol.

lkwanz: daaammm. I'm sure the price would be sky high...and all for just a repainted wheel and limited edition? But then...those racers looks nice.

hacken: haha. Lol. I can repaint for my own my model but I'm not confident yet to actually repaint other ppl's model. There's still alot to learn in terms of repainting models. cry.gif

incase you're wondering,

The Stirling Moss(1/12), DBS(1/14) and Ford GT(1/18) are R/C models. They're fantastic in my opinion. It has great details, shape and stance. Not to mention it's 1/12 and yet cost less than a 1/18 Bburago.

And finally, after several months, I had the time to ALMOST complete this custom.

Comparing AA, Kyosho with MR, BBR is hard because they're at difference price point. AA/Kyosho/Hotwheels Elite can get RM400 - RM500 but MR/BBR will be RM1k(if you're lucky). Furthermore, MR/BBR are sealed resin without opening parts while AA/Kyosho are diecast with opening parts. Interms of details, it's really subjective. There are bad points and good points for all the brands available.

For the SV, currently AA are in the process of releasing more colours. There's a Matte Black SV already available while MR also does the SV but they're really rare and sought after and you would need to drop atleast RM1.6k all the way up to RM3k for the best colour.

Aventador is currently only available from MR. The only alternative is Bburago.

Sourcing this kinda model, we usually get from ebay, online shops or you can diecast empire. He's a member here as well and provides excellent service.

hope this helps.
