1 thing I like to make it clear is that I was a honest sales person when I still work in a PC shop. When a customer ask for the cheapest price I can giv I really put to the lowest price. but if you said that I shouldnt charge 3% on the customer then I will need hiddenly increase the price I can giv. SO in the end I will also charge 3% for those who are paying cash. Try to think in my shoe, what would you do?

if u include the surcharge all into the product selling price, no complain by consumer.
if u put in extra 3% charge, i'm sure they will complain, this is human mentality.
