nope, is cumulative from 1st to 30/31st of the month under groceries (every block of rm100) or petrol (every block of rm50) category.

eg: jusco rm30, parkson rm90 = rm120, but they will give you cashback based on every block of rm100, rm100 x 20% = rm20.

According to their terms and conditions, and example 2 given, I think its per receipt.

The Example (2) clearly mentions even the RM99.90 spent on grocery is not eligible for rebate and no mention of it being carried forward or added to any cumulative total.

"Get RM50 CashBonus with every accumulated RM500 spent. First come first serve. 16/5 - 14/7."

Could the scenario below take place?
An elaborate fraud scheme.

Possible, but nowadays when bank send you credit card via post, its marked as must be received and signed by recipient with proof of IC. 2 of my latest cards from MBB and CIMB ended up being sent back to the nearest Post Office because I wasn't at home to sign it and they wouldn't allow anyone else in my family to do it on my behalf. In the end I had to go to the post office on Saturdays to collect it with my IC. They wouldn't even allow delivery to another address other than the one stated in the application.

On the other hand, I had applied for a card via roadshow agent by just giving minimal details, photocopy IC and signature, and the agent applied a co-Branded card for me instead of the normal card. In this case it didn't matter that much since the card is eligible for all the promotion benefits, but for cases that you want a specific card and the agent ticked a different card for you I can imagine its quite frustrating.

Anybody redeem the vouchers at Mastercard Shopathon Rewards ?

I submitted but they requested for the actual receipt to be sent to them via registered mail.

Too much trouble and effort for me to follow through just for a RM10 voucher tongue.gif

You mean without sending to them, you won't get the voucher you redeemed ?

I don't think so, they noted its compulsory and gave me 7 days to 'comply' vmad.gif
