QUOTE(hye @ Aug 21 2011, 02:19 PM) Like what David83 said, little is spoken about this card because we would never ever use or recommend this card ! You may apply and use the card at your own risk. noted and thanks for the infoAdded on August 21, 2011, 3:33 pm Added on August 21, 2011, 3:34 pmhi guy Is there any credit card out there giving free redemption point for GST? QUOTE(WhiteWing @ Sep 21 2011, 04:36 PM) Just now I noticed my GSC EON Credit Card ( now called GSC HLB Credit Card ) , the anniversary date is coming which is October. I called up the CS and asked them do I need to pay the annual fee. What a good answer from her is this the only CC that have such special condition 36 swipe to waived GST? sound better than those need hit certain spending amount or exchange using points |

I am really getting pissed of with MBB CS. I am running in and out of MBB brunch more than 10 times for the past 2 month since the first day I got my maybankard 2. The CS lack of information/training, ATM machine problems, internet banking problems. until today, I am still unable to register a payee to pay up my bills through maybank2u although I've physically drop by the MBB brunch to fill up the form, get my mobile registered and activated the TAC.
does anyone know what is the exact procedure to get me to solve the TAC problems? This post has been edited by virgoguy: Oct 12 2011, 12:31 AM |

hi all
two days ago, I've just cancelled off my RHB classic which been followed me for 8 yrs long due to the incompetent offer and benefits. Today the bank called me up and decide keep me to stay with them by offering me NO GST, NO Annual fee and double up my CL from now onward. So I really wonder doesn't it they overturn the GST rules been stated by government whereby the bank are not allow to absorb the GST for the customer? The second question is, should I accept it or reject it? or ask them to offer me platinum card with same condition? (Note : currently I am holding OCBC Ti and MB2 Platinum) |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Oct 18 2011, 06:36 PM) i think they will basically give you RM50 cash rebate or points to offset the GST. On your 2nd question, you already mention that their benefit is not up to your liking, so why still wanna get one unless of course you wanna keep it for occasional discount/offer/etc. ya that's partially of the reason occasional discount/offer/etc. I will try to call back to nego for the platinum with the same condition see if they wanna to offer me or not else I will just reject it although the CL they offered to me is the highest among my OCBC Ti and MBB2 Platinum.Their current RHB Platinum offer as below » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Oct 18 2011, 07:01 PM) If you can indeed nego for the plat, and get confirmation in writing, no AF/GST or RM50 cashback with no condition, it could be worthwhile to keep the card for the 4x complimentary access to all Plaza Premium Lounges since it is not offered by your current OCBC Ti and MBB2 Plat. Get confirmation in writing as in stated all those in the paper mail? |

today got the 3rd attempt call from RHB CC service to ask me not cancel and retain their CC. They so desperate until they are willing to give me auto AF and GST rebate every year with just any amount of 1 transaction. End up I still reject it although I've been holding their CC for the past 7 yrs. I can't understand that since they are so desperate to retain the cc customer, why don't they put extra effort in their cc by giving better and more attractive offers like MBB, OCBC and etc. As what I see RHB is not less potential local bank like MBB.
