I have a question, if my credit limit is rm4000k, I have already used up to rm3600, will I still able to swipe for rm600?
Is there any charges and how will it affect my scores?

Yes ... not all bank allow this and yes ... there's that overlimit fee (varies from bank to bank) you need to worry about. Plus the amount overlimit must be paid in full, the 5% rules does not apply for the overlimit amount. If it is accidental then it is OK since most people don't keep track of the CL utilization, however the person who asked the question was aware of his current CL standing but (seems) wants to intentionally exceed his CL.
The T&C for most banks have changed since then. Last year SCB, immediately blocked my card the moment an overlimit occurs. Need to clear CL before card is unblocked by the bank which took a few days after payment is done.
This also varies from bank to bank. AFAIK, most banks dont block your card if you over swipe it. It just reject that particular transaction. They will call you and verify if it was you that did the transaction. The T&C for most banks have changed since then. Last year SCB, immediately blocked my card the moment an overlimit occurs. Recently I tried to swipe 1.6k into my PBB card but it was rejected because I didnt know it hit the CL already. Immediately, 2 calls (both different officer called and verify whether if I was the person that did the transaction or not). Hours later, I used the same card and swipe for something that was within my credit limit and it went through without any hiccup.
