normally bank will not sms or email u. they will straight call u directly. But still it is better u call the bank directly or email to their customer service. i presume that bank closed on sunday, thats why u can't call them? what did the sms say besides that? did it ask u to call their number or what?dont call any of the number in the sms. call directly to ur bank telephone number perhaps on monday morning. careful with fraud ya.

QUOTE(steel2k2 @ Jan 15 2012, 10:24 AM) Thanks for your reply. It just stated in the SMS saying RMxxx has been purchase and autobill on your card with xxxx 4 end digit number of my credit card. If I did not make this transaction pls call the number behind my credit card which I did and no one pick up the phone. Yea, that was my thinking too. Anyway, I will keep trying. Thanks guys ohh. my bad. haha. but since it ask u to call the number behind ur credit card, it should be legit. Autobill eh, perhaps u have sign up some purchases recently? Check with them the purchase details.
