Hi guys. Scroll through a few pages here, but didn't find anything about Complimentary Starwood Privilege Membership Card which suppose to come with MBB VI? I have received my VI recently and they have not include the card together. Do I have to request it like PPM? Quite a hassle!

Anyone found 1-1 Business class ticket to be worthwhile? It is based on published rate and a quick check with my regular travel agent can provide around 60-70% off published rate. This is for MBB VI. Not sure if other issuers having better deal?

Talking bout name on card, I found MBB to be very lenient. I have cards with only my surname in 4 characters. On the other hand, Citibank needs to have all the initial on my cards, eg. Daniel Ariff , name on card Daniel A., won't do with just Daniel.

After years of using credit cards, only came across an online merchant questioned why my real name did not tally with my name on card. It was mandatory in their country (US). However, that was about 7-8 years back. Never have a problem with recent shopping frenzy in Paris and Italy at all.

Not sure if this can be posted here. I submitted global blue tax refund forms at Paris and requested the refunds to be credited back into my MBB2 MasterCard.

Upon checking my statement today, I noticed my treatspoint have been deducted for the amount of refund I received (RM1- 1pts).

MBB mentioned the transactions have a code of "goods refund", I explained this is not a full refund of products purchased, but tax refund. MBB will file an appeal to management, but no promise at all. I was even advised not to do this again because my treatspoint will be deducted again and I could be suspected of money laundering!

Another funny thing is, I have never used this card at all for any purchase in Paris! It is so unfair to have the points deducted this way.

Anyone else?
