i have cancelled one of my credit card, submitted the form to the customer service on the spot and the card was cut off in front of me. Thereafter, I did not receive any letter saying that it is cancel. I still see the old credit card appearing on the online account (Maybank), how do I know if it is really cancelled? I don't want to get into the hassle of having to pay for the RM50 service tax, if it is charged to me......do i need to get a letter from the bank saying that it is cancelled?
