May i know what is the basic salary as a credit card holder by now?

If let i get started my employment from 1st of March 2012 since i'm just fresh graduated. My income will be RM 2.5k. Is that i eligible to apply any credit card? But i don't have any BE forms & epf statement yet in this moment. Mind to guide me? Thanks.
