anyone received a call from their banks regarding crisis shield plus coverage. no premium if we have 0 outstanding balance but will charge if we have outstanding balance. I'm not interested with this one but the way she spoke like I'm the only one who decline to receive the offer.

I suggest you post which bank that make the call to you for everyone's benefit. Not every bank offer this (I know this) so better you just say which bank.
That offer is OK is you have a lot of carry forward balance which in an event you are no longer around in this world, it will pay for your whatever balance. It is a form of insurance. Note that banks will continue to hunt for your debt although you are no longer around in this world. (At least they can attempt to)

So if you have been paying in full then don't bother.

ops sorry forgot to mention which bank. This time Citibank and about few months back Eon Bank. They did not ask for credit card details. yes you are right I'm not bother to the offer since I pay in full. but the funny things with this sales people they mentioned; you don't have to worry to pay the premium since you pay in full every month. and my reply yes because of that also I don't need this insurance laugh.gif

is it wise to use CC if we can find other shop who sell something with cheaper price but need to pay by cash. considering cash back or points also consider expensive. i know this is subjective but many people go for CC and the only benefit I can see is the 20 days free interest only.

thank you, I agree with Hye this is not a big issue I asked because would like to know the normal practice.

My next question, can the cc machine allow the merchant to print 'merchant copy' more than once in a transaction?

i pay my credit card using cheque, in the first day it showed in online banking that the cheque already clear but after few days the money is credited back and it said RTD (cheque return)

I call my branch, they said no signature (although I think already sign), my question is that the cheque will be return back to me directly by the credit card issuers or to the branch where I have current account. Even my branch also could not give definite answer as well as the CS. should I ask bank to stop the cheque and issue new one

Well, I had cheque made to OCBC for my CC payment but I wrote the wrong date  doh.gif OCBC sent the cheque back to my home.

But I also have cheque where I deposited in my RHB CASA without signature several times  doh.gif  doh.gif  and the bank officer would call me and I would just go over and sign it.
like ronnie said, interesting. Please call HLB CS (number behind your card) and confirm with them and please update here if it was a genuine SMS or not. Thank you.

should I instruct to stop the cheque since the physical cheque has not been returned although in M2U the status is (RTD=return). just worried since I has pay the card by issuing another cheque and now if suddenly the RTD cheque clear I will pay double

Any credit card is accepted for ERL KLIA Express. The ticket/entrance gate is near the MAS office.
The KLIA transit ticket/entrance is nearby the exit to the AirAsia/LCCT Express Buses. They are not located in the same place.

BTW ... if you are going to KLIA both KLIA Express and Transit ticket charges are the same - RM35 but you arrive 7 minutes later with transit. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
