I want to know if there's a CC that can pay all sorts of bills (Assessment, Quit Rent, Electricity, Water, Indah Water, etc.) online.

Currently I'm using MBF Click and Pay to pay most of my bills online but there are some bills where I can't use MBF to pay such as KL Quit Rent.

I would like to know which is the best CC that is able to pay all my bills online. I don't really care about the cash backs or points or whatever not. I just want a convenient one to pay everything online so that I don't have to log in to other CC or use M2U just to pay the other bills.
