want to confirm something with u guys
if i have installment inside the card and use up my credit limit alraedy. when i put in another few thousand, can i use to do another installment?

eg: credit limit 8k finish use already, then i put in another 4k, can i do another 4k installment

ur comment much appreciated

i think certain bank has their own "reservation"
like CIMb, if not mistaken, they allow usage up to only 90% for instalment and the remaining, for normal spending.
so u need to check with your bank and may have to pump in more so that u can enjoy the instalment promotion.

Just wondering, a small question, as currently on my hand i have at least 3-4 Possible MBB2 Gold/Plat Customers that is Very Potential and wants to apply those cards, and as a person who recommends them, they would like to offer me back some stuffs, but those that is Indirectly (like commission for helping them apply?).

So.. now my question is.. How to become a MB card agent? or...If Best, all cards agent, as if counted others like my friends... all graduated wants to own a card... biggrin.gif, and i foresee the opportunity >.< (Aka Part time agent)

tq~

i suppose u can "gao dim" the agent, ask the agent to pay u ?

Between a minimum of 1 - 3 months. In certain cases, it can be longer.
You expect it to be settled within 1 week ? Nope, it is absolutely impossible and it is ridiculous to have such expectations. I'd suggest, if the transaction is not your fault then just sit back and relax.

I submitted my problem directly to BNM. It was settled within 3 days. Got a call from the Bank the next day.

Your situation may be different and not applicable to another customer and/or comparable to another case. If you don't mind, please share your dispute case in detailed. (Date, Location, Description, Amount, etc. )

So others are able to compare apple to apple.

I have to state this upfront as many here will think their case is super important and they want to settle it in 3 days also.
*
Mine 2 cases
(a)
date: March 2011
dispute: refusal to convert to 0% instalment
mount: RM7k

(b)

date: June 2011
dispute: misrepresentation of facts, that is, there was no such promotion but the CS said otherwise.
amount: RM100
