Just now a RHB telemarket called me up and offer me a RHB Travel Money card,I feel this card is useless to me and I said don't want. He said call me back again. Will those ppl simply tell bank that I say yes because I say don't want. LOL !!

Guys,previously I own a EON bank CC,now EON already became part of HLB and I don't see EON bank anymore on the road. So if I go HLB to pay my EON Bank CC outstanding amount,can I still pay the credit card outstanding amount over there ?

Just now I received my statement from PBB. I noticed got 1 transaction which is FAILED on that day and on the same day the CS also called me up is it I use it for online transaction and he told me we cannot proceed. Fine,I accept it then I use other credit card to buy my item from website. End up today the statement stated the transaction went thru which I don't even know it. Called up the CS and she asked me to fill up the dispute form and I have to need to wait up to 6 weeks to 8 weeks. I very unhappy with the answer which is the transaction didn't go thru and charged me !

How the bank gonna handle it ?

Just now I noticed my GSC EON Credit Card ( now called GSC HLB Credit Card ) , the anniversary date is coming which is October. I called up the CS and asked them do I need to pay the annual fee. What a good answer from her , she said I already fullfill the T & C which is use the card for 24 times of swiping in less than 1 year regardless of any amount so no need pay and one more thing to my surprise that I no need to pay the GST fee. She said I fullfill the 36 times of swiping card and the bank will pay the RM 50 GST. What a day

All sifu, I owe another bank credit card debt rM 3,600 n I got Hong long credit card which is no outstanding balance n got RM 4,000 credit limit. I was plan to use hlb balance transfer to do bt to swap that RM 3,600 into hlb n I see I can choose 9 month tenure payment.0.75% for each month n 9 months is 6.75% . This way much better than I only pay certain amount to bank right since I got 17.5%. Interest rate with me. Is it better ?
