I can confirm that there's no 1st year AF waiver on this card irrespective whether there's a Golden Lounge or not. The basic feature of the card include Hilton Premium Club membership (you can't remove this) which is about RM648 per annum. 2nd year AF is waiverable at either RM150K spending per annum for base card and RM250K spending for MAS lounge access card.

More info for MBB VI holders:

-The free 10k TP will be effective only after the first swipe
-Transfer of TP to this VI cannot be done directly from other cards like MBB2 due to the lower air miles conversion rate. CS said MBB will adjust the rate accordingly if one insist to transfer the TP
-Priority pass (for those not given the form in the welcome package) & Starwood card membership will send to you automatically after 2 weeks

Hi all

Is it very important to have the name on the credit card to match with your ic or passport name?

I have just gotten a credit card with my english name ie : james leong instead of my full name as per ic or passport.

Will i get any trouble using that card ? especially in oversea where they might require u to show ur passport to verify your identity when you are using your credit card ?
