Hi folks, i would like to ask this question on behalf of my friend, a malaysian but currently working in Singapore (entertainment ) , earning SGD 2k per month and never work in Malaysia before so he does not have EPF record and totally blank in Bank Negara record. Is it possible for him to apply for CC in malaysia with his information which include salary slip and other supporting documents from singapore ?
