Special note ... AirAsia and a few budget airlines will charge you for using credit card and how do they get away with it?
Easy ... they don't call it surcharge but instead "Convenience fee". Unfortunately VISA/Mastercard International recognize this as a service offered by the airlines and actually they are aware that this is the surcharge. I have in the past complained to VISA/Mastercard on this unethical fees imposed by the budget airlines but they have avoided answering me. Lack of consumer support also is a problem and I must say possibly these budget airlines have found this loophole and exploited this.

As I had mentioned, pls read thru the entire decision, as the RM250 is only valid provided card holder can prove the charges are "fraudulent" and as for my answer, it would depend on my legal advisor 

Fyi, had a friend who fought his case over RM10K and ended up losing ultimately in the Court of Appeals, finally had to settle over RM50K 

Actually, I think the whole gists of the matter is people are not treating their credit card properly ie. CC is as good as cash and if you are not responsible enough to own a card, then don't. Let's say if your cash is stolen from yr wallet, who do you ask then money back from? The police? Govt? 

Have anyone can share Other's People Money (OPM) for credit card? Something like use credit card A use credit card B to settle and etc. Constantly using credit card to settle the debt of other credit card. Am I using the correct term?
