The one in Immigration office in Damansara accepts credit card.
Do take note ... Kastam office does not do passport renewal, I don't think they ever had such a service. I think you need to go to the Immigration office to do this.

oops, my mistake. should be immigration office. thanks for the reply. appreciate it smile.gif

hahaha, better not start a thread on CitiBank Afterwards too many negative comments and CB may pull out from here.
Yah, Couldn't figure out where there were coloured anti-slip mats (like the one in my car dash board) on both sides of my screen LOL.
My 23"  screen is fine with FireFox  tongue.gif

Once again I thank Admin for agreeing to this section and BIG thanks to b00n for his support. And I also think Admin should thank guys like us for creating more income for them, hahaha

All banks do this if you don't pay. Not a problem and will never be a problem if you pay on time.
Anyway ... that's not the problem. They once refuse to acknowledge the payment which I have made and I had to pay twice. They gave me the run around and refuse the look into the problem. I don't tolerate such bad service especially when a card provider loses their customer's payment.

There were several friends who encountered the same problem - so it is not an isolated case.

Well, RHB Platinum/PB CS service (same number 92061111) is very good as far as I am concerned. They will call me back if they can't answer my queries on the spot. But I think thier CS not 24/7.

As for annual fee, I think RHB cards comes with auto waiver if spend certain sum for swipe certain times. I know that my previous EVO card I have to swipe once a month and for Plat you got to spend RM36K/year. Check the conditions for the card you are interest in.

However RHB promotions and benefits are not that great. Click here to read my short article on RHB card, which is really nothing to read about.

bro, wake up at 5am ? cant sleep ? RHB is great if u use paypal a lot

I thought several people mentioned about GST waiver in UOB, HSBC and Citibank threads. Just search gst waiver and see what you get.

To All: did you guys notice that Citi no longer sponsoring this section (???)

good to hear that citibank is taking the feedback from all their customers. Its not hard for them to come out with better cards and benefits since their main business is credit card.

If you can read Chinese, here's the link.

Besides that, there was a full page report on the news about CIMB's interest in MBF card business in a local newspaper last week.
