QUOTE(bearboss_85 @ Dec 21 2011, 06:53 AM) I've made 0% installment @ SENHENG using my EON (HLB) CC for 2 years~ It's been a year already and I want to settle the debt once and for all... Is there any penalty that I have to pay if I want to settle things down? I heard that there will be RM50 penalty but I can't find it anywhere on the webpage.. =.= Different 0% installment come with different T&C. Why you just call your card's CS and get the information ? You'll get your answers right away.

My boss tried to book me a hotel for my business trip, however, the transaction failed, for 3 times. So we decided to pay cash upon arrival. However, when the bill came, he found that he was charged for the failed transactions, 3 times, RM3K!! What should we do? I've talk to the hotel but they say there is no record of the credit card transaction or booking history!

refer to http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...sonal/CRD-Cardspoint #1. I suggest you call in and ask them to activate MSOS on your card.

call the bank get the authorization / approval code to check with the hotel for them to investigate , there is no way it would not be charge on the credit card statement unless being posted by the merchant , in other word the hotel did receive the payment and give instruction to the bank to post that 3 transaction on the statement, something is wrong at the hotel booking system

To change H/P number for TAC, you can do in ATM. - Slot in ATM card, enter PIN - Click Other Transactions, inside one sub-menu - Select change mobile number - Enter PIN again - Done

I've talk to the hotel but they say there is no record of the credit card transaction or booking history! I had the same problem too. The hotel double charged my card. I called Maybank customer service, they asked me to download the Dispute Form at their website. Filled it in. I fax the form altogether with my card statement that showed the amount charged and the online receipt that hotel emailed me. I did ask the hotel directly, but they were like not serious into this. Only after I fax the dispute form, the hotel called me and explained that there were glitches on their system.

My friend just change the H/P 2-3 weeks ago at MBB ATM (mid-bridge at The Gardens 2nd? Level, same level with TGIF/Starbucks/Baskin Robbin or somewhere that level. Got RHB and HSBC ATM next to each another). No error/info to ask goto counter. It says successful/done. I'll ask to double confirm if TAC send to the old/new H/P number later.

There was a statement from Maybank that all registration of cellphone number for the purpose of receiving TAC must be done inside the branch a while ago.

Need some help and wondering if this is the correct platform to ask. I have some debts with my credit card I found some information online regarding EASY PAYMENT PROGRAM In short this service is offer by so agent and they incurse 0% interest and divided your debt to 3 years ( or less i not sure) and they incure a one time charges of 22%(or less or more i dono) base on your total debt.
My question is this service legit? Is this service better than balance transfer?
