Well, I had cheque made to OCBC for my CC payment but I wrote the wrong date  doh.gif OCBC sent the cheque back to my home.

But I also have cheque where I deposited in my RHB CASA without signature several times  doh.gif  doh.gif  and the bank officer would call me and I would just go over and sign it.
like ronnie said, interesting. Please call HLB CS (number behind your card) and confirm with them and please update here if it was a genuine SMS or not. Thank you.

should I instruct to stop the cheque since the physical cheque has not been returned although in M2U the status is (RTD=return). just worried since I has pay the card by issuing another cheque and now if suddenly the RTD cheque clear I will pay double

well, I don't think your earlier cheque will be banked in since it has been rejected; but for some reason it does, just consider it as advance payment.

Dude ... please take note that a thread is opened when there's a discussion for a product under Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Loyalty Cards. 1st post is for information regarding the product and the rest of the posts are for discussion. The general cc thread are for general discussion not covered elsewhere, no excuses to open a cc related thread just because it is not there.

It is not like the Kopitiam section.

Just a question.
Say, if your card is blocked due to non-payment,
once the outstanding amount is paid, can the card be unblocked?

Yes .. of course. Note .... this is not a good habit to do, especially when you are travelling.

Thank you for your feedback.
I'll exercise discretion in doing so and depends on case to case basis. Some forummer hurl abuse whenever I give feedback. Often it's the case of "I don't want to lose face" or "I have every darn right to do what I do and you are wrong to give me feedback". I don't think I need to publish the actual response which I received in this public forum.

Click here to read my short article on Maybank Premier Card Customer Service.
The article touched on Maybank Visa Infinite's Starwood and Priority Pass Membership card and application for Supp card. And have photo of my doctored PPM cards.

Bro, I didn't know my power of influence was so great that it managed to brain wash you tongue.gif

Anyway, if you are into Enrich miles, the MBB WMC better. As for the dark side, not complete yet, you now must get CIMB Enrich WMC to join rocky's level tongue.gif And to join my circle, you need Maybankard 2 Cards, hahaha

As for PP form ,read lah the link above.

if you know anyone in MBB top management, please ask them to employ me notworthy.gif

Diff between MBB WMC and Enrich WMC, I guess hye, ben83 or rocky can elaborate on this.

If you have the PPM form, yes you can fax it to MBB.

And if you really like TP, then Maybankard 2 AMEX is the card to have for local spending.

Edited

To be really shiok sendiri. you must get the CIMB Enrich and RHB Visa Infinite tongue.gif

I like this term 'syiok sendiri'. Hahahahaha brows.gif

Let me attempt to answer the differences between MBB WMC and CIMB Enrich WMC.

MBB WMC is better for enrich miles accumulation (local spending RM 2 = 1 mile, overseas RM 1 = 1 mile)

CIMB Enrich WMC (local spending RM 4 = 1 mile, overseas RM 2 = 1 mile)

I find CIMB Enrich WMC especially useful as one can use it for the malaysia airlines buy 1 free 1 promotions for both first class and business class. MBB WMC does not offer this. With CIMB Enrich WMC, every RM 1 spent on www.malaysiaairlines.com gets you 1 Enrich mile. When shopping inflight, you get 10% discount.

MBB WMC is excellent too. It comes with Enrich Silver membership and they let you choose whether you would like the Golden Lounge access tied to the membership or otherwise. This maybe useful to some but then again, if you're a frequent traveler with MAS, most likely you're already having Enrich Silver if not Gold. Hilton Premium membership useful too, buy 1 free 1 when you dine with another person.

MBB WMC annual fees can be waived (RM 1k without golden lounge access requires RM 100k retail spending, RM 1.5k with golden lounge access requires RM 250k of retail spending).

CIMB Enrich WMC requires RM 500k and above of retail spending to waive the RM 888 annual fees completely. If you spend between between RM 250k - 500k, only 50% of the annual fees will be waived.

Finally, what truly distinguishes the CIMB Enrich WMC from the MBB WMC is the fact that you can't apply for one as it is offered strictly by invitation only. Now, that's exclusive with a big E. Hence the CIMB Enrich WMC and RHB VI being ranked as the most prestigious cards among the Premier Cards in Malaysia by none other than our esteemed cc sifoo cum blogger, bro Gen-X smile.gif

Bro @rockefeller

Slight amendments to your post ... the MBB VI is better than MBB WMC if you often spend overseas. However, for general multipurpose then the MBB WMC is better if one tends to spend more locally than overseas. To note that MBB WMC comes in 2 flavor - with or without the Golden Lounge Access and at a price.

Just to complete the info above coz someone might complain needing to pay more for the MBB WMC. Not that it matters since the folks who own this card can technically afford to pay for the AF.

Why don't you read up the OCBC and Maybankcard 2 thread ? You only want straight answers and lazy to Google or search.
There's very few cards giving 5% rebate and if there's no one answering you then there's none.

I've made 0% installment @ SENHENG using my EON (HLB) CC for 2 years~ It's been a year already and I want to settle the debt once and for all... Is there any penalty that I have to pay if I want to settle things down? I heard that there will be RM50 penalty but I can't find it anywhere on the webpage.. =.=
