One of my post yesterday was deleted, and this is not the first time. Rather than posting this at the frontdesk, I am posting this here to ask what is the reason and why the selective deletion?

Moderators can't see the log on who deleted your post. If you feel that your deleted post wasn't offensive or OT and should not be deleted, i'm afraid posting on the frontdesk is your only choice. Otherwise, contact the staff here smile.gif

I am certain it is not you or Hye. I suspect it is a red tagger but then again, they are all so powerful. My post is not offensive or OT. I will just click report whenever i see any red taggers go OT which they frequently do smile.gif

Been awhile I did not call SCB's hotline, called them today and found their service extremely terrible. I hung up on the first call as its taking too long to check my information, asking for card info they tell me my saving account dormant after putting me on hold for say 3-4 minutes... Hope they have survey call like Ocbc, gonna rate them badly.

I do agree with you that SCB telebanking customer service is not up to the par. On 3-Dec 7:45pm I called SCB Platinum line to verify my internet transactions. Have been waited for more than 10 mins to get someone to pick up my call. The guy had a bad tone and was in a rush when talking to me, very impatient. I noticed their call centre hires a lot of guys. Whenever a guy attended to my call, I will tell myself ‘si liao lar’ @_@ Just don’t like to call them. I used to email my queries via online Internet Banking. I personally think that SCB Breeze Internet Banking is the best among others.

I think now no more already. Even if you use your current CC to apply (even if more than 1 year old), they will still ask for your credit limit.

If you ask them whether can use a current credit card to apply, then they will ask for the credit limit of that card.
Of course if you confirm want to apply, then will need to submit payslip and bank statement, unless your salary is credited into that bank.

I have yet to decide how do i utilize it. In terms of accumulating enrich miles, it doesn't beat Maybank's WMC and VI still unfortunately.

Although that's suppose to be the regulations; but most banks do not have the avenue to keep track because of different system platform.
Thus a lot of time even though FD withdrawn, the card is still active.

You can use it to get 10% discount for buying MAS in-flight shopping 'temptations'.

Actually this CIMB Enrich WMC is quite disappointing since it did not come with an Elite Enrich membership (at least a Gold).
