QUOTE
make sure the username and password is correct.
the blue-yellow cable is phone line(RJ45)?
Phone line is RJ11, phone line is RJ45
which would be the 2 white port on the mitsubishi modem,
the yellow-blue looks like single-mode fibre

TS,

How are you connecting it to ur laptop now?
I assume you connect Port 1 from modem to ur laptop, right?

TS,

Your setup should be like this

BTU (The Jaring box) >>>[yellow-blue fibre] >>>(Fibre Port) Mitsubishi box (Port 1)>>> [LAN cable] >>> (Wan Port, White) Belkin Router

Here's what you need to do:
(Assuming you have access to the modem)

1. Plug a LAN cable from Belkin to your laptop
2. Access your belkin router
a. Change the WAN from PPPoE to bridged
*From here, you should be able to get connection to the internet already

Once it's okay, you need to stop duplicate DHCP servers
3. Plug LAN cable from Mitsubishi modem to your laptop
4. Access the modem
a. browse and disable DHCP server
