The teams qualified got access to dota2 beta before the tournament..

Valve is inviting fans to register at dota2 website for a chance to participates open beta. However, an exact date hasn't been unveiled yet in regards to when the open beta will commence.

The finished game is expected to launch before the end of 2011..

Not release yet. Dota 2 is great..but since graphic better.. some low end lappy or desktop cant play I think..

If talking about DOTA 2, i think this does not fall into WARCRAFT 3 anymore cause its a whole new different platform by Steam. Good thing i own Steam, i mostly think they are going to sell the game ONLINE through steam account than CD. Since it almost like LOL content. So pirate game cant copy this anymore.
Sendi mutiara cant own the DOTA 2 licence no matter what anymore.

My noob pc can't run the game. Just stick with Dota 1.

The participating teams where invited by valve. They were given access to the game 10~15 days before the competition (12 days for team Philippines). The only thing that worries me is if Icefrog will continue doing updates for Dota 1.

Because I know how n00b my pc is.
