Am vegetarian, just wanted to ask:
If I go to Chinese's sea foods restaurant and order fried vegetable (example fried kangkong). Do they use pig oil to fry vegetable? I some time go to Chinese's sea foods restaurant, but of course I order vegetable only. And I ask them not to use pig oil when fry the vegetable. Some time I worry, the waiter who take my order does not communicate effectively with the person who cook/fry the vegetable, and they use pig oil to fry my vegetable !
