This is a good thread! I have been a vegetarian since my surgery, and was clueless what and where to eat.
I'm planning to continue being a vegetarian for religious reasons. Tofu is my fav currently, as long as there is tofu I'm happy. Would love to know other options too. Keep updating this thread!
