 How many condos are there, From taman desa to jalan puchong/setia

How many condos and number of units
Under construction& completed
From taman desa to setia walk
Includes kuchai lama, bukit jalil, oug, happy garden etc
Let's say in 3 years. Anyone count or estimate before?
By then should be screaming for tenants

It will be a lot. But how many new comers to KL/PJ after graduation or migrated from other place? Who can have the figure? No one will know that it will be even greater demand or may be lesser demand in the future. Don't judge so fast if you do not have the actual figure.. hmm.gif

This is a fast growing area especially Puchong. So, should not be having problem in getting tenants.
