Just sign up with a US broker and register your self as a Non-Resident Alient. You will need to submit a copy of IC and relevant documents. Fund the account and you are all set to trade(buy /sell> make/ lose money). Oh and I believe profit from trading in US are not taxable when you move them back to Malaysia. For stocks dividend, US gov will tax you 30%.

in addition, pls remember to fill in w-8BEN form, so that u will not be tax by US for the profit u make. i am not sure if the profit is taxable bu our gov. i did declare mine. any tax expert can cofirm?

when i want fill up bank wired transfer,

wat is this? where can i get the the info to fill in?

Bank ABA/SWIFT/BLZ/Routing # :
Intermediary Bank Name:
Intermediary Bank Routing # :
*
you need to ask the recieving site for their BANK ABA. With ABA#, don't have to worry about rotuing. I hv not come accross Intermediary Bank Name/Routing before? Maybe you can check with the Bank you are doing the WT from.

Most important is the receving account, Bank ABA, and Name.
