Seeking for advice on share investment overseas. I'm looking for an easy way to tap into overseas fast-moving market.

1) What's the best way to purchase shares (e.g. NASDAQ) overseas? Someone recommended "firstrade", which charges really low commission rate, & ranked #9 here.

2) How do you guys invest overseas?
