Yo Guys,

Recently donno y my persona was having a bad smell when i turn on the aircond.

I done some experiment as below :
1) Turn On AirCond Fan
2) Turn off AirCond TEMPERATURE
3) Using Recycler Air
and the smell come out very strong.

If i turn on the Aircond  TEMPERATURE , then slowly the smell will less a lot but the smell is still there.

I'm sure previously many owner facing this, but what is the solution to fix this ?

Some suggest to wash the aircond filter. I did open the aircond filter, but looks like quite clean.

mine one also got weird smell, but it occur when crusing high speed abt 170-180 for long distance.

Depends if the cover is heavy or not. If it is heavy, chances are the airbag may not be able to deploy properly. The airbag deployment may be delayed and may not be able to save u from impact in time.

that whing sound that sounds like car revving come out when you on aircond or ?

What kind of cover first? There's 1 type that got bulu bulu wan.. feathery wan.. That 1 damn heavy lo..

Must aim high mah.. If u pee that time u aim low sure shoot out of the urinal rite?

Here's a hint what can be done to a (manual) non CPS engine.. If it can be done on a Satria Neo, it can be done on PE too.. This Neo here is pushing 168 WHP on NA mods only..

yes can ask for replacement bring you car registration card and better the existing roadtax receipt (the small portion before you tear off and stick to windscreen) but it need additional charges forget how much aldy , post office or jpj can do this.

just wanna check out something with PE market value for insurance.
any idea on how much the market value for 2010 PE now ? check with allianz told me 47K, but etiqa told me 41K., Takaful ikhlas say 51K..all of the amount got huge gap in it.. im not sure the insurance work for spec based ( B,M H-line ) or all consider the same?

my policy will expires end of this month. i'll got 55% ncb. just wondering the correct market rate as diffrent2 insurance says diffrent2 rate.

For older generation persona IAFM (before PE) anyone managed to solve the irritating fuel pedal vibration at 2.8k rpm? I went to SC and they kept telling my car has the drive shaft dampener.

Mine happens at 2.8k rpm regardless what speed I'm at

Do u guys experience any rattling noise from the engine while travelling at said rpm? 2.8k & pedal vibration.. I'd say it may be a driveshaft issue like what proton mentioned, or timing issue..

i juz went to the VW autoshow tis afternoon..from queue up until finish all section,take me around 2.5hours but the show is quite syiok lo..got game to play(drive polo at circuit),especially the theater show reali nice...

anyway,when i drove swift on d way went bec to home after watch the show,i stopped at traffic light to wait for green light,suddenly my car feel move front a bit...then i think is nothing lo..after 2nd time i feel it,i direct drop down by car and c whether is rear car kena me or not..when i walk to rear to saw,then i found tat the malay idiot driver who drove the old model honda prelude blue color,ady hit my car bumper ady..luckily my bumper din got scratches since onli kena a bit onli..then i direct scold him and told him tat u dunno ur car kena my bumper ady meh..then he still laughing and reply me tat sorry bcoz his car brake got problem(but i din think his car brake problem,since he keep rev and standby to pick up when wait for traffic light)..anyway,i direct scold him bec,u bodoh ke..kalau brake ada masalah,jangan ikut dekat dekat la..lagi kena  u tahu the car plate number is Pxx 9128..

Totally true.. Government should scrape the AP program and reduce tax.. At the same time impose a 10year limit on car age.. At least my eyes wouldnt be so paindul seeing cheapo kancils and old wiras as well as wannabe Putra Evo's..

wont lah..bcoz it din direct kiss my butt lo..bcoz his bumper only slighty touch my rear bumper,when it ady touch,somemore his car still push futher and cause my car slightly goyang,then i juz drop down d car to view it lo..at the time when i saw it,his bumper ady kiss my bumper ady..i think mostly tat wont be cause by no brake,tat is cause he rev the car and standby pick up at 1st gear..jadi when kiss my bumper,i still can feel his car still push my car futher and futher..since i ady tarik handbrake,so my car cant move futher and cause feel like a bit goyang lo

Ya those wira, putra and satria's all shd be scrapped.. First of all those car designs are at almost 30years old.. Its too old by modern safety standards.. Somemore u add an airhead behind the wheels.. Its just accident waiting to happen. .

if i din remember wrong,the vios tyre size is 185/60/15,persona is 195/60/15,somemore persona more heavier than vios around 200kg..tats why vios can pair wit persona..

nowadays myvi 1.3 ady always drive fast and dangerous..cant imagine when myvi 1.5 launch lo..sure they will always cucuk persona or gen2 butt to prove their car are faster than persona and gen2 lo..

How daring of him to claim it's faster than cps.. Oh well

If you look at power to weight distribution ratio, its technically correct. Of course at high speed, PE are very stable while MYVI actually glides on the road without real grip anymore.

Even now MYVI tiong a lot, with 1.5, I believe next raya, accident rate might shoot up a bit..

100cc DOES not compesate the weight difference. Do note Vios output 109PS and torque peak at 4800rpm. PE produced 110PS with torque peak at 6800 (or is it 6400rpm). That 1 ps cannot make up the difference of 200kg in weight and our torque really cannot match VIOS at low to mid speed. Only at very high speed can we match and out accelerate them.

Of course body stability makes a LOT better drive with PE than the lighter VIOS that would have started gliding at high speed. Not to mentioned our "Emperor Card".....the LOTUS handling does makes a big difference along with our multi-link rear suspension in increasing handling and stability.

when does it launch oh? faster then CPS? sure bo? ask him come and race see. if cant beat IAFM then CPS can kiss good bye lo.
