QUOTE(aman8168 @ Aug 17 2011, 01:34 PM) Dude, I guess this IPO atlease 2.00... Rm1.06 seem like too low for them right ? They are such a cash rich company which having higher profit every single year. IPO via an offer for sale. The listing will be via an offer for sale of a 26% stake in GMSB proportional to all the current shareholdings held, ie. MMC-Shapadu will sell 14.3% of GMSB to pare their stake from 55% to 40.7%, Tokyo–Mitsui will sell 6.5% to 18.5% and Petronas Gas will sell 5.2% to 14.8%. Some 23.6% of the stake will be offered to institutions. Valuation of GMSB to be decided. While the institutional price has yet to be decided via a book building exercise, we have a DCF value of RM1360.4m for GMSB, or an indicative RM1.06 per GMSB share. There is no doubt taht MMC would strive to secure a better pricing than this in its IPO. At this valuation, MMC will raise RM147.9m from its 10.87% stake sale. If MMC does secure at least this valuation for GMSB, it will be neutral to our Sum of Parts fair value for MMC as the cash raised will just offset the drop in effective stake from 41.8% to 30.9%. While the outlook for volume growth remains decent as demand growth should be strong even with the dimmer global economic outlook, GMSB will see a halving of its profits going forward due to the change in its gas sales margins effective 1 June 2011. We are currently forecasting a 6% growth in volume sales for 2011 and 5% for 2012. |

QUOTE(zamans98 @ Aug 18 2011, 12:19 AM) thanks, MITI is hard to get as it will also go thru balloting process. Out of 4 application, I will get sometime 1x. maybank investment bro Failed to get MSM and other big name. There is 3rd option - direct placement (250K worth of GMB) with CIMB as I believe this GMB will be undertake by CIMB as Main Banker and Maybank/RHB as secondary |
