for my sl i give up hope from official samsung long long time ago, now using custom rom jelly bean from XDA developers..

works like charm, very smooth for FB, watapps, line, n gallery's display picture almost instantly (which is pretty amazing for me coz it used to takes like almost a minute to load up picture preview when using froyo/gingerbread) and some simple games =D

somemore battery is good too, 1 n 1/2 year old battery can last for 2 days with minimal usage (fb abit, sms, few calls)

currently using X-GamerZ V2.2 from XDA, clean rom which removed almost 90% useless google & samsung apps, which is why alot of free space left and free more ram, smoothest rom that i have tried so far but some games like temple run 2 cannot run >_< other games like candy crush and slotomania works like charms
