Looks real good.
Although it is true UOA resi designs all look almost the same (refer to UOA Bangsar South, Setapak Green), but their clean and crisp workmanship really seem to top other resi products at the similar price range.

Even if the design is conventional or so-called boring by many, I personally think LeYuan looks great, in an elegant manner!! Congrats to all lucky owners thumbup.gif

Yes, i notice it too. it is also different from the scale model too. I'm afraid if the developer also change some other things to this project where we can't easily notice them…... shocking.gif

The images shown in brochure are merely Artist Impressions prepared by the architect during Concept Design stage, or early Schematic design stage. The only thing confirmed upon sale launching is apartment unit layouts.

After that the building design will go thru tender and design development process whereby most facade specifications can change somewhat from initial artist impressions, due to factors such as constructability, costs, authority codes & regulations etc. smile.gif

doh.gif i too hope i really got a handsome duit kopi from UOA lor...such easy money to make
Anyway I honestly do not think the end product looks bad, at least in that photo. You owners are angry over the colour of painting looking different from the perspective image?

Just have to remind yourselves do NOT believe completely in artist impressions.

Typical example... Usually perspective artists would tend to show lush greenery surroundings, but maybe in fact there are cemetery, rubbish dump etc. So just make sure you research the surroundings thoroughly and double check with sales person.

And for building design, I feel that YTL is one of the very few developers that deliver almost exactly as the sale images.

UOA design really crappy. No matter how much you pay, the same design mould will be reused. Check the design for this Le Yuan, Bangsar South View, Old Klang Road Southbank and Setapk Green. All having the same building design but at higher and higher pricing each later launching without any design enhancement. Due to location, some premium for better location is acceptable. Otherwise & overall, buyers are paying peanut for a monkey.

Maybe Le Yuan owners can try petition to ask for facade improvements.
I googled Le Yuan sale perspective images, actually the Car Park podium looks different only right? For the apartment towers no significant differences. But as I said, I do agree with you that UOA has been duplicating same facade treatment and colour scheme across a number of recent projects.
