Yes, UOA use RM50mil bought over the land from the old happy garden developer(low-mid end developer) . for sure not going to be cheap.
I heard the old happy garden developer laugh all the way and said selling the land better than develope it.

woow...300 units per block. total 600 units. should be consider as acceptable density??

for my opinion on condo that:
- under 100 units. will die straight straight on high maintenance fee
- around 350 units. just nice..
- around 600 units. abit too much but still acceptable.
- over 700 units. shocking.gif oh start to feel a bit scary......

Bukit 9 is a super disaster. Classic piece of shit. Worst ever high end props. Latest projects of shc got some improvement but they still have worst color combi taste.

the whole HG location better than OKR after many neighbor township become mature macam BJ, SP, OUG redevelop, KUCHAI, SUNGAI BESI,OKR and more accessible.
