Look at all my stars!! Senior Member 3,173 posts Joined: May 2007	Just apply a coat of wall sealer plus 2 coats of the Nippon Matex Ceiling white.

Look at all my stars!! Senior Member 3,173 posts Joined: May 2007	Use the Nippon matex paint. They have lesser powder than maxilite. This is according to the painter
