can I use Malaysia stamp to send document, to MACAU?

Yes you can but better go to post office and show the envelope to them... price different for each country.

 Ofcourse u can. If no use Malaysia stamps then u will use what country? =.=Go to post office give the envelop to the pos stuff then let them weigh.. they will give u the correct amount of stamps. |
