because my 4830TG is dead on arrival and when i went to request for 1-to-1 replacement, i was informed that there is another dude came last week for replacement with the same problem. luckily i manage to have the replacement on the spot

actually i'm the unlucky one 

and just so u all know, for any problems within 7 days (in my case, the 1st day) you are entitled to get a 1-to-1 replacement on the spot. Do not bother to send to Highpoint Service Network or even Servex for that matter because they will tell u your replacement unit will be given to you in 3-4 days time which is unacceptable to me. Imagine you paid full amount and on the day itself got problem, you have to wait 3-4 days to get a new replacement unit. Just send directly to Acer Sales & Service Centre Logistic dept @ Subang UEP. I got my replacement in 10 mins
