Hello, just curious why am I getting headache on the left back of my head when I perform dumbbell workout? Is it blood pressure or not enough rest or malnutrition?

What if you use a barbell or do cardio?

Thank you for your reply..

Cardio, Tennis, Badminton don't get headache.

When lifting only. My workout is strength conditioning not building muscles. The headache kicks in when I push myself harder and further repetition.

I see. But my workout is just strength conditioning. I lift only 3.75 kilo on each side of my barbell and 5 kilos dumbbell only. I perform a lot of repetition. For my target forearm and wrist I can do more than 100 repetitions. May be is a sign my body should get some rest day. I do it 7 days a week plus my tennis, badminton and physical training (circuit training), a lot of lunges, squats, running, jumping etc. Taking 2-3 days rest will the headache go away?

you seriously needed a proper program brah... going full throttle 7 days a week, 365 days a year might be more counterproductive than productive..

Thank you bro for the recommendation. Cos I do the workout whenever time permits in my house. May be pushed myself too hard and my body is sending me signal to slow down or take some rest days. Ok is Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday fine for my strength conditioning program? Work out mainly consist of Wrist and Forearm, Deltoids, Biceps, Push-ups these work outs benefits my game. All done at home no goto gym. My height is 1.83 meters weight around 78kilograms. I try to shed some more weight..

i recommend going for full body workout.. it will bring more benefits than just doing small bodyparts... doing just biceps and negelect triceps will bring unbalance thus you are prone to injury... same can be said for the rest of your body... your body are working in harmony until you negelect the other bodypart...
