ipad 2 app store keep show up old ID

alrd change setting in app from old id to new ID..
its work fine when dl new apps... but when update apps...its keep pop up old ID... how to solve this !? cant update apps lio like this.. i get my ipad as secondhand..the previous owner sure wont gv me his ID.. |

It prompt you for the previous ID because some apps was purchased with the old ID account and the update need to verify the old account before giving permission to update. If you really need to update those apps I recommend you to delete those app from the previous user and only left those you newly download from your own ID.

but my new download apps wan update also need old id wor..
