When someone buying stuff online, the scariest thing is that, is the seller trustworthy? I don't know about the other, but i can assure you that this seller (Rix) is by far one of the best online gundam seller there is in Malaysia. So how good is he? Well here is some brief review of my purchasing experience with him compare to other seller, let's say gundam.my.

1. Item Uniqueness
How often do you see someone selling china GN LED, Strike Freedom dragoon effect, all sorts of modelling tools, and limit edition gudam all in one place? With this, one can really save up the cost since all the things you need are in one place.

2. Price
I know this is the main factor that everyone care about when buying a gundam. You can do some comparison and price check everywhere, but in the end you would still find out that his price is the cheapest overall, not include with his PWP scheme which can really save up the cost. I've bought gundam from gundam.my and shops from lowyat, and even the price on the shop is more expensive, if not on par with Rix's price. And one thing i dislike the shop (forgot which shop, but its in lowyat 4th floor if Im not wrong) is that the price is damn fix. I bought like RM385, and ask for RM5 discount, and keep denying my request. Dude, I bought like almost 400 worth of stuff, and is it too hard for u to give RM5 discount? Not to mention his gundam is expensie. X-1 Full cloth RM180, wtf?

3. Delivery
Man. When the parcel arrive, I was a bit shock. The parcel is quite big for the size of an MG and a NG. Its a box within a box within a parcel (boxparception) He put the item in the most manner order, and have warping around them and soft filler to fill up the gap so the item won't fall here and there, not to mention all my items are MISB. I once bought 2 MG from gundam.my, and what did they do? They are not MISB, cellophane tape both together, and just put into a soft parcel. When my item arrive, they already kemek here kemek there, and gundam.my proclaim that any defection during delivery is not their fault. f*** you. you pack 2 MG box with cellophane tape and soft plastic parcel, of course got defection la.

4. Seller Friendliness
This seller would answer all bunch of question you throw at him. And just look at his comment, you can sense is friendliness, bro here bro there (lol). During my purchase, I request a model that are not in his selling list (NG Kyrios), and he still take the time to find one for me. And again my friend was interested in MG Infinite Justice which are not in his selling list, again he found one for offering.

5. After Purchase Servicing
This play a vital role when purchasing item online. I bought 4 green GN LED from him, and it happen that 2 of the LED is red and one of it have some minor defection which is probably causes by me, but once I told him this matter, he tell me to send him back, and afterward he poslaju me 3 new GN LED to me (btw bro, all working perfectly lol. My 00 raiser shine like a green lantern torch in the night haha). Some of the unpleasant experience with gundam.my is that they do not care for inquiry. Their support line is pretty much useless. Is like you sms with your crush and ask her all sorts of thing in care and politely, and in return she just f*** you off without a single reply at all, or sometime 1 brief msg that doesn't carry any real meaning at all, leaving yourself all confused, frustrated, and full on anticipation in the home. That's how gundam.my deal with their customer.
